Why don't you send directly through your GSM phone as direct link ?
As there is not SMSC in France you may need to use one abroad. Please try the "CH,Swisscom,UCP" but you need to change the phone number in order to include international dial codes.

Therefore 079-499-8990 becomes 0004179-499-8990
