Kommunikationsschnittstelle kann nicht initialisiert werden

Habe SMS-IT gekauft und möchte mehrere SMS über eine Batchdatei verschicken. Bei mehreren Empfängern wird aber immer nur jede 2. SMS versendet. (Also SMS 1, 3, 5 ... ) Die anderen SMS geben entweder ein "Kein kopatibles Mobil-Telefon gefunden am Kmunikationsport" oder ein "Kommunikationsschnittstelle kann nicht initialisiert werden" zurück. Habe es mit einem K 800 i ueber Datenkabel und Bluetooth versucht und mit einem V 600 ebenfalls ueber Bluetooth. Der Fehler ist immer derselbe. Beim K800i sind nur die Treiber installiert, die Suite ist nicht auf dem Rechner .
Benötige dringend Hilfe !!!
