Hi support team,
I have connected my mobile phone to com2 of my machine (Windows NT 4.0). It is Nokia series 3315. But the software could not send sms. The message is "please make sure your mobile phone is connected to COM2.There is no compatible mobile phone connected to com port."
I don't think there is any problem with cable ,port or power supply. I hope you could provide me a solution.
