Disappointing. On another issue I have a group of people that I send emergency messages to. They are all on the same mobile network in Tanzania - some recieve the messages instantaneously and others recieve the messages up to 2 days later. I cannot prove whether this is Clickatell or not. Is there a more reliable way to check this ?
