As it answers to all AT commands correctly it looks as it is compatible with SMS-it.

The problems seems to be somewhere inside the message you are sending. Either there is an offending character in the text, or (more probable) the phone number you are using is wrongly formated.

Please try to send an SMS with only TEST as text to your phone number formated in the international format. IE for the UK use +447xxxxx or for the US +1xxxxx
